We started trading kernel nuts in 2016 and in 2018, it evolved into an integrated palm oil processing company. During our operations in 2018, we identified a gap in the market as quality, traceable, healthy and affordable palm oil was lacking in the mass market due to wide spread adulteration.

Perturbed by the menace of these cancer in our nation and community, we launched the KR FOODS palm oil brand in 2019. In less than 10 years, we have spread our wings to over 6 cities across Nigeria, improving access to healthy, nutritious and affordable palm oil for low-income urban populations.

To sustain the growth, we adopt a regenerative model where we acquire and revamp ailing palm plantations to optimize their yield. Most recently, we acquired a 16.5tpd capacity palm kernel oil processing mill, extending our value addition to palm oil by-products. We proudly supply top-class vegetable oil refineries and livestock farmers with palm kernel oil and cake respectively.
